Wow, what a pleasure to read and/or listen to. Rob has a way of making the difficult things in life not so difficult. He gives such practical and easy concepts to change the way we think entirely, I truly think he can change the world with his positive, upbeat message. I love the personal perspectives and examples of simple things we can do to empower ourselves and others to a more positive, happy life. A MUST read (audio is fun, hard to turn off)!
