I grew up watching old Saturday cartoons and loved the nostalgia feel of racing and transforming robots. Christian did an amazing job with the characters.

He smiled as he tore at the brown paper surrounding his purchase. As he ripped the covering off the package, bits and pieces scattered all across the floor of the living room like confetti. For a second, I thought about lecturing Todd about not making a mess of our apartment, but who was I kidding? This place was already a shithole. At least some half-assed confetti would make it feel a little livelier.

I really enjoyed this, I read the book first and loved it. I picked up the audio book because I enjoyed the narrator's work in metal mage. Their work was just as amazing in this one. long live the Toddster

Great addition to Eric's growing series

I enjoyed both narrators. They both were able to projest emotions to the characters.
The plot was easy but I had different ideas on where the lux mage was going. I knew he had ulterior motives but thought it was for another reason. Great listen, can't wait for the second book to be narrated.
