When I started listening to Alina's book, my expectations were low, as I'm used to her being a podcaster and these aren't necessarily the kind of books I normally read, but this is the second time that she has shown me an amazing gem, and just how good of a writer, she is. As an avid listener over podcast I'm proud of her. I find this incredibly entertaining and can't wait for the next book. Hurry up, Alina.

Overall, the characters were really good. I really enjoyed the story and it kept me interested, and sometimes even riveted. I won't say. It's the best book I've ever listened to. But it was pretty d*** good and exciting

While I love their true crime podcast, morbid, this is not my normal genre of fiction? But I have to say that this was an amazing book with an amazing twist. I can't get over how good Elena is at description. This was a surprising gem, and I've already bought the second book. Keep being weird weirdos, but not so weird. That you make an amazing podcast of which I have gone through every single episode and then turn around and surprise the hell out of all of your fans by writing an amazing book. your fellow mashole Mark.

Never a disappointment

Even more enjoyable characters than usual. i found myself falling in love with most of the new characters as well.That's good old jack. i can't wait for the next installment and to see where it takes some of these new characters as well. if you're a fan of wash, buckling heroes like indiana jones and dirk bit, these books are amazing, they're exactly what i've been looking for. i tip my hat to the rider.

best one yet... absolutely loved this series.. aspetialy the second book... great characters that you really care about and in the second book I really found myself acationaly sitting on the edge of my seat with concern ... if you like a good post apocalyptic story about unlikely companions on a road to survival.. then I strongly recommend this series

the series keeps getting better and better.. I love the characters and he makes you care for them deeply...

also I love a good cliffhanger and usually this series ends on a decent one ... but this book..... this book..... damit I need him to put out the next book yesterday .. I need to know ..... lol

I don't usually take to audio versions of text books but the presentation as well as the reader kept me riveted... anyone looking to learn on this norse subject would do well by this book.
