interesting material that sounds on the dry side
Revisado: 10-12-20
I appreciate the material and research that went into this book but I was hoping to read more about Delta Force versus the activity Department. I will finish the audible book I'm more interested in the style of Mark Bowden Black Hawk Down narrative.
Killer Elite is a fine reference book and I applaud the research that went into it. a good book for modern spec ops enthusiasts. thank you

Revisado: 10-12-20
I decided to read this book since a lot of people talk about CS Lewis. I can tell he's a remarkable writer however I enjoy other types of genre more than this type of literature

good read so far but enjoy Black Hawk Down better
Revisado: 10-12-20
I enjoy this book so far but I think it's a little bit more technical than entertaining. I find the history of this battle very fascinating so I will eventually finish the book

Historia
‘It didn’t matter that they were now three miles beyond their target site, that communications were dropping out and that they were running low on fuel. All that mattered to Neil as he searched for a safe spot to land was that boulders littered the surface below. “Thirty seconds,” called mission control. In truth, the flight controllers were now no more than spectators, just like everybody else. No more needed to be said. It was down to Armstrong
