very good narration. Ayn Rand as passionate as ever. Which is to say what you think either way.

Tremendous tale of Gods and Kings. One could not ask for a more epic story.

thank Joanne for another great story. reads like harry potter but a bit of explicit fan fictionesque aspects. quite a good story and tells an incredibly realistic perspective on abuse and poverty.

What a great read! I really enjoyed following Kerbuchard through 12th century europe, to the Byzantine empire, and then through the gateway of asia on his treacherous and passionate journey to save his only family, his father. Louis La'mores' spirited depictions of the warrior, lover, and diplomat through our protagonist are reminiscent of Dumas' Count. I particularly enjoyed the fight and action scenes. Though it has plenty of heartfelt romance as well. A truely great read for all ages.
