So much to think about and so much to unpack. The authors do a great job of presenting their case.

not a bad audiobook with not a bad audiobook with some useful information. too many quotes throughout the book felt like filler material rather than content.

Creating a Lean Culture is the premiere workbook on how to implement lean within your organization. The author gives you step by step directions and detailed case studies to show what success and failure look like and what you can learn from success and failure. Each chapter ends with a basic quiz that allows you to access the current status of your organization.

Toyota is mentioned a couple times in this book; however, this isn't about copying what Toyota it does. This book is based on research conducted by the author primarily in organizations other than Toyota or the automotive industry.

This is my second time reading the book, and each time I get so much out of it. The audio narrator and the topic were excellent; however, the PDF is almost a requirement if you are going to listen to this audiobook. It is so rich with ideas that are better conveyed visually that a reader could become lost without this PDF.

In general an excellent read and will be part of my annual re-read books

I have read other diet and nutrition books in my past, but few if any was supported by so much science. Adding humor makes the science much more palatable.

As someone who likes statistics, I appreciated how the doctor made sure to distinguish the difference between correlation and causation even when he argues his points.

I also appreciate his preference to human studies vs. animal studies.

This lifestyle; diet, fasting stress control, is very similar to the Whole30 that I recently started. It takes the science of their plan even deeper.

Excellent read for anyone who has spent their life battling weight

Really enjoyed this audio book but it is not without a downside - I hope to properly convey my feelings.

I love the youthful exuberance that the author has. His passion and energy will inspire all who listen. I also enjoy that the author took this on almost as a science project. Although many of his experiments produced subjective data, he does back up with real science where he can.

There are so many takeaways and personal experiments, and that's what leads into the downside of this audio book. This is not a book you can just "zone out to" on your commute to work. I started off with pen and paper and then tried using the bookmark feature on Audible and ultimately just said that I'm going to have to relisten or buy the book. A pdf with the authors challenges and other key points would be nice; however, it does not warrant a lower rating on the book.

Thought the story line was very cheesy and the "homework" would have been better as a pdf. Full review on Goodreads.
