Historia
In the real world, Reinhard Heydrich, the number-two man in the SS and an architect of the Holocaust, was assassinated in Czechoslovakia in May 1942. In The Man with the Iron Heart, Heydrich survives that fated assassination attempt, only to hatch an insurgency as insidious as anything conceived by Osama bin Laden.

Narrator was odd in some voices, but overall a good job. I enjoyed this book. Great read!

Historia
This is the way the world ends: with a nanosecond of computer error in a Defense Department laboratory and a million casual contacts that form the links in a chain letter of death. And here is the bleak new world of the day after: a world stripped of its institutions and emptied of 99 percent of its people. A world in which a handful of panicky survivors choose sides - or are chosen.

Great Listen!

It's a great read of a novel! The voice transition is well done, the story is amazing, and the pace keeps up with the demand. It took me four weeks to read this as a hardcover at 16. This is a short week if you are stuck on a Navy ship!

Historia
Did you know that most of our dinosaur fossils were discovered because two grown men absolutely hated each other? It’s true! Rivals! Frenemies Who Changed the World is a riotous audio exclusive, like if Monty Python taught your history class. Each volume of four 30-minute histories will dig into the petty name-calling and grumbling grudges that led to many of the world’s greatest advancements, all delivered with a cheeky sense of humor. Choose sides: Cope or Marsh, the jerks who discovered so many dinosaurs; Hamilton or Burr, whose rivalry fueled American politics; and many more....

Great listen!

This was a fun examination of some memorable dust ups. Only wish the author would: 1. Write more 2. Group them in time periods. Just my suggestion for improvement on a great process.

Bad representation.
Revisado: 07-23-19
I'm not sure the writer of this novel is familiar with the show or the characters in it. Jim Hopper is nothing like the guy in this book and El is 14 in 1984, not 9 as she seems to be written here. Great opportunity for a killer back story missed with this one.
