On of my worst Audible purchases ever, out of over 270 books purchased. You couldn't keep up with the shattered plot.

The Narrator is terrible...

She sounds like she's reading a book report in front of a high school class. She gets an A for monotone. I've purchased almost every book Bobby Akart has written. I now have over 625 audiobooks from Audible. I am returning this one.

"The Ranch" is one of the best audible books I have purchased. Your storyline is smooth, the descriptive narrative is spot on the money. And the story is very unique. Your reader is just as good as Kevin Pierce, one of the top readers on Audible. Looking forward to the next book in the series.

What a wonderful love story!

It's like it wasn't a part of the series...the dogs were unbelievable. I was just disappointed after following the first 2 books.

Looking forward to the Next Book in the Series

Having listened to over 500 dystopian audiobooks, I must say D.A Carey has done an outstanding job with this book. The storyline has some new twists when compared to other "end of the world as we know it" compilations. You get a much better feel of the locations visited in the progression of the story. And there is an evolution with the characters, they improve as the story unfolds. I am looking forward to the second book and will be downloading it as soon as it becomes available!

It just wasn't believable......

Struggled to finish it.....good beginning but it became like a bad comic book. Should not be a sequel.

Could be titles "Helter-Skelter

Very Difficult to follow. Way too much of series taking place in Estes Park. Just because the author and his wife had a wonderful vacation there in 2016 doesn't qualify it for "ground zero" status. It jumped back and forth from the remnants of the Federal Government on the east coast, back to Estes Park. Very stilted. I really doubt that that area would be the most critical location for the country to survive. I have over 500 dystopian novels in my library and this series has to be in the bottom 10%.

Can't wait for the rest of the series segments.

Having been to Yellowstone taking busloads of people for a 10 day stay for 15 years, when I listened to the book I was astounded with the extremely high degree of accuracy in the storyline. A great deal of research was put into this book. I can't wait for the rest of the series.
Bobby your reputation for detail in your other series is continuing with this one.
