I am very happy with this guided workout. I just tried out week one's first workout today. Verdict: it is quick to complete while making sure you work up a sweat. That's the beauty of HIIT, which is really what the triple threat workout is based on. Also, it is great if you don't have time or money to sign up for a gym membership. I literally just tried out the first workout in my office. Safe to say, it can be done anywhere with minimal equipment. I feel refreshed after the workout. It is not too hard so that keeps me excited for the higher intensity workout for the rest of the week. I am happy that it keeps me self-motivated. If you want to save yourself some time and money, the triple threat workout might be what you need.

This is a short and easy read. Packed with valuable information for the modern age. Too many people are too eager to sell and don't understand the principles that make you a good marketing person or entrepreneur - one that lasts and will continue to do business with passion and heart. I have been in marketing for 8 years and am looking to upgrade my skills for the modern era. Happy to chance upon this short but interesting youthful viewpoint. Agree with many of the principles shared by Nichi. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to gain a fresh and honest perspective.

good combo for beginners

i only chose this bundle because it gives me a cookbook. i like to listen to recipes being narrated to me so i can visualize it before i actually make the dish. i like that the author provides a free PDF of the recipes too so i can keep a copy in the kitchen.
the guidebook is like most guidebook out there, not anything special but it is packed with a lot a lot of scientific facts so i trust the health benefits i will be getting out of it. they just keep getting drummed into my brain, i guess it's true that repetition is the best solution to understanding.
i will recommend this to anyone who is a beginner and would like to try a plant-based diet. it's a great way to save the planet whilst keeping yourself active and healthy. so why not?
this is an honest review in exchange for a free download of this book and i'm quite happy with my decision.

Fun to Listen, Lovely and soothing voice!

Didn't know what to expect with this. I'm hoping this would be an easy beginner book. Luckily it was. Filled with scientific information that are both scary and motivating. I never want to eat red meat again after I listened to Chapter 4 (Chapter 8 on Audible). I want to start sustainable living. It's the future and I think plant-based is a great way to go.
I am too uncommitted to go completely vegan... so plant-based eating seems like a good flexible option for me. I'm happy with all the basic information this book has provided me. If you're looking for a beginner's guide... i think this is a good entry book. By no means is it the holy grail. There are some information that are missing but i'm not too mad about that since i'm just starting out and i can find more info on the internet anyway. So it isn't a problem for me. I think I'll recommend this book to whoever wants to get a good overview of the plant-based lifestyle. I like that Alyani gives simple action steps and I like the success secrets too because they are practical and very achievable. By the way, I received a free copy of this book to leave an honest review.
