Any additional comments?

This book starts out well, building suspense between characters Louise, David and Adele. But the way the mystery is solved makes me feel like the author found herself in a dead end street and just had to make up some kind of solution. The relation btw author and reader is based on trust, and here the trust is broken, making me feel like I wasted hours invested in a story that couldn't fly.

I thought I bought a book, not content marketing, which is what this is. Disappointing, although interesting story.

An exceptional book that I will listen to again and also get the print version for later reference. The author has read and squeezed the essence of a remarkable number of books on our behalf.

People who need a basic understanding of how the brain works. Very basic.

Has Train Your Brain turned you off from other books in this genre?

No

How could the performance have been better?

By delivering what the title promises.

What character would you cut from Train Your Brain?

The author and the narrator.

Any additional comments?

This book is a waste of time in terms of actually training anything, except maybe one's tolerance level.

If you could sum up The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat: and Other Clinical Tales in three words, what would they be?

Fascinating, funny, tragic

What did you like best about this story?

The novelties of the stories, some of them almost unreal.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Tales of the subconscious

Any additional comments?

This book explores the backwaters of our lifes, with a plethora of anecdotes from real life. The author shows genuine compassion for his "cases", and unravels the stories with philosophical reflectiveness.
