I loved this book I have to listen to many Empath books. It not only explains what an Empath is but without over-explaining which can be more confusing. He goes into how to deal with and protect yourself.

amazing audiobook!! Very insightful and offers physical games to research. easy to apprehend and allows the reader to expand. an empath. I found out a lot from it and function already placed me going once more to it. calm and enlarge the one senses which might be precise to Empaths. rather propose.
