An ending well worked towards

Now here is a good ending that has been consistently worked towards since the first chapter. Despite an open ended magic system it was surprisingly consistent and core to the plot.

Secret best book in the series

Brandon Sanderson. It is amazing that you write such good books. But truly one of a kind that you find and work with Janci Patterson, who can continue to make all readers lives more wondrous. Thank you Janci for doing the work.

Everyone who loves Skyward needs to read these novellas! This book has some of the best twists and my favourite ending so far in the series.

More loose threads tied than Robert Jordan. With wisdom.

I alternate my reading between business, theology and fantasy. Practical, spiritual and entertainment.

This series surprised me with the sheer volume of character development and one line real life wisdom. Loose threads in most books are about actions but in this book the people are tied back up. I found myself going back to see if that is what I just heard:

How hard it is to forgive and how it is really good for yourself.
Loving a hypocrite.
Working on relationships. Marriage and parents.
Including others by being hard on them instead of easy.
Why bad things happen (it’s free will).
And listening instead of speaking.

All this and non-stop action in a great world of magic and culture. Unbelievable.
