Historia
Locked behind bars for three years, Shadow did his time, quietly waiting for the day when he could return to Eagle Point, Indiana. A man no longer scared of what tomorrow might bring, all he wanted was to be with Laura, the wife he deeply loved, and start a new life. But just days before his release, Laura and Shadow's best friend are killed in an accident. With his life in pieces and nothing to keep him tethered, Shadow accepts a job from a beguiling stranger he meets on the way home, an enigmatic man who calls himself Mr. Wednesday.

Historia
Nicks Costello takes the reader with him from his hard-working roots in the Liberties of Dublin on a search for enlightenment that took him half way around the world to Hong Kong. There he discovered the human face of the Buddha in the friendliness and compassion of everyday people who were quietly and unobtrusively practising ancient eastern traditions of spirit, mind and body, cultivating a connection to the soul of the universe that exists in all of us and giving freely of their knowledge to all who ask so that the healing benefits can be experienced by everyone.

Kung fu overview (wish it had been in the title)
- De Di's en 02-04-20
Really good book about Buddhism and Kung Fu.
Revisado: 02-06-18
Would you listen to The Coalman, the Dragon and the Buddha again? Why?
It is a very good set of stories about interesting story matter, told by a sincere and engaged author.
What other book might you compare The Coalman, the Dragon and the Buddha to and why?
It is a little like a cross between Alan Watts and "American Shaolin". That's the closest I can think of.
Have you listened to any of the narrators’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I don't think he has other books.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes.
Any additional comments?
The whole world needs to learn the lessons and principles presented in this book.

Historia
A single raindrop opens a Pandora's box of horrors when the spawn of perverse genetic research performed during World War II - refined by Cold War enemies and perfected by nature - are unleashed on an unsuspecting world. By dawn only a dead city remains, eerily quiet and still except for the mutant beasts who hide from the light, multiply, and await the shadows of day's end.

Nothing wrong with Phil. He reads what's written well enough.

No.
