Historia
Join Greg Laurie as he takes a cross-country drive in his 1968 Highland Green Ford Mustang 390 GT through the canyons of Malibu, the alleys of Hollywood, the wide and open roads of the Midwest, the streets of New York, as he traces the wooly geography of actor Steve McQueen's life, relationships, career, and spiritual journey. In the 1960s, McQueen was, according to box office receipts, the biggest movie star of his generation and one of the coolest men to ever walk the planet.

Need an abridged version
Revisado: 06-21-20
I like Greg Laurie and I like Steve McQueen, but I think this could have been more concise. There are too many details that just aren't that important or interesting. For example, he talks a lot about his ancestors and McQueens ancestors.

Historia
Leonardo da Vinci created the two most famous paintings in history, The Last Supper and the Mona Lisa. But in his own mind, he was just as much a man of science and engineering. With a passion that sometimes became obsessive, he pursued innovative studies of anatomy, fossils, birds, the heart, flying machines, botany, geology, and weaponry. His ability to stand at the crossroads of the humanities and the sciences, made iconic by his drawing of Vitruvian Man, made him history's most creative genius.

Poor narration
Revisado: 11-04-19
The narrator is too soft spoken at points, o I have to keep increasing and decreasing the volume while I am driving, and that is very distracting and annoying. The narrator needs to speak clearly and at a consistent level.

When Freakonomics was initially published, the authors started a blog - and they've kept it up. The writing is more casual, more personal, even more outlandish than in their books.

Some of the material is interesting, but in dire need of professional narration. I did not finish.

Historia
Just two months into his presidency, Ronald Reagan lay near death after a gunman's bullet came within inches of his heart. His recovery was nothing short of remarkable - or so it seemed. But Reagan was grievously injured, forcing him to encounter a challenge that few men ever face. Could he silently overcome his traumatic experience while at the same time carrying out the duties of the most powerful man in the world?

The worst in the series
Revisado: 01-08-18
I was surprised because I though O'Reilly was conservative and thus off a sympathetic view of Reagan instead of butchering him.

Historia
Creativity, Inc. is a manual for anyone who strives for originality and the first-ever all-access trip into the nerve center of Pixar Animation - into the meetings, postmortems, and “Braintrust” sessions where some of the most successful films in history are made. It is, at heart, a book about creativity - but it is also, as Pixar cofounder and president Ed Catmull writes, “an expression of the ideas that I believe make the best in us possible”.

Not what I was expected, titled is misleading
Revisado: 09-29-17
I thought this would instruct me on "Overcoming the Unseen Forces That Stand in the Way of True Inspiration" but I found little useful advice. It's just one person's rather long-winded memoir of his career in the animation industry. And he had a great career no doubt, but it's just history.
