Wow! Just wow!

I love Erica Bauermeister's writing. The way she puts words together leads my mind into a calm place. This book goes beyond the beautiful words to a wonderfully creative story. This is one of the best, most creative books I've ever read and the the audible version with different readers for each chapter was genius, in my opinion. I am going to buy the actual book to reread and to underline some amazing lines/thoughts that rushed past too fast in the audible version. Highly recommend!

Alicia Witt is obsessed with herself and her story. Not worth the listen. Only made it through the first several chapters before I couldn't take anymore.

Nothing New Here

I'm very disappointed with this book. Maybe there are some gems somewhere back in the book, but the beginning hours contain nothing new and Stacey Griffith's "cute" little inserts are distracting and demeaning. Not worth my time!

I already liked Matthew McConaughey, but now I love him. I'm enjoying this book so much, I just ordered it in hardcopy -- there are too many thoughts I want to highlight and refer back to. Highly recommend!

I enjoy Randy Wayne White's books and I'm sure I'll love this one (on Kindle), but the reader is awful! Returning the audio book.

Inspiring

Listening to this book was inspiring. I hadn't realized all there was to fighting aging.

My only complaints are he often slurs through words and it's tough to understand what he said and (this is the big one) there's no PDF to accompany the audio book. There is SO MUCH information given and so many supplements and products mentioned, but there's no way to go back and review those recommendations. If I had the physical book, I could thumb through. With the audio book, that would be impossible. This book definitely should have had a PDF download.

Nothing outstanding in this book, but I've been inundating myself with keto and IF books. The reader for this one is just so-so, but the most disappointing bit is that there's no .pdf to download. There was information throughout that I was sure would be in a .pdf, but there isn't one. For instance, he refers to a website over and over. I've searched for the website, but cannot find it. It should have been listed in resources in a .pdf.
