This book captured my attention from the start and kept it throughout the story. It was a great final installment in the Blue Rose trilogy.

What did you like best about Flesh and Blood? What did you like least?
Mediocre Scarpetta book. Cornwell has lost her magic.
Lorelei King is the wrong narrator for Flesh and Blood. She's too upbeat and cannot convey the proper tone of the book. I love Lorelei King reading anything by Janet Evanovich but her attempt at Scarpetta left a bad taste in my mouth. I could not come close to finish listening to this book. I had to purchase the Kindle version to get through it.

No! Terrible narration!
How did the narrator detract from the book?
Too perky and upbeat. Her typical voices are for fun comedic books. She's not a good fit for Cornwell books.
Was Flesh and Blood worth the listening time?
No.
