Want justification for US bioweapons? Read this. Everything is a crisis or emergency that justifies breaking the law. Chapter 2 really frustrated me. Iraq’s Bioweapons justify us doing it too. As if readers never heard of Iran Contra. Nor recall US companies sold Iraq their WMD to fight Iran for us!!!
