I really enjoyed listening to this book. I think the information is great for someone like me that is not informed about how low testosterone affects men. I enjoyed the recipes but I would like to suggest a PDF to be included in this book with the recipes. Listening to an hour or recipes almost made me loose interest in the rest of the book. Fortunately, the last chapters of the book caught my attention. This introductory book has made me want to know more and I totally recommend people getting it.

Historia
As president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and Utah’s first territorial governor, Brigham Young (1801-77) shaped a religion, a migration, and the American West. He led the Saints to Utah, guided the establishment of 350 settlements, and inspired the Mormons as they weathered unimaginable trials and hardships. In this new biography, historian Thomas G. Alexander draws on a lifetime of research to provide an evenhanded view of Young and his leadership.

I am LDS and enjoyed the book
Revisado: 12-10-19
As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I am always trying to have a better perspective of my church history and I found this book very compelling and balanced. The author did a great job sharing facts about Brigham Young and describing a more realistic character from what we read in other books. The quality of the research and the performance of the narrator is great too.

This is a high-level overview of the areas that can take a player from being a benchwarmer to MVP. In a day and age where many so-called experts' advice is to improve your conditioning, get more touches, try harder, and want it more, this audiobook stands out on delivering the steps to turn any player into a great performer.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. I am so impressed with the clarity of this book. All skills and drills explained in this book are supported by the additional materials that this book includes. I am a very visual person so having those materials have really helped me coaching my team. I think that both parents and coaches alike will benefit from listening to this book. All the chapters include special considerations that parents and coaches can take in order to support the players better. I am really looking forward to listening to the other volumes.

Basic methods to stop procrastinating
Revisado: 03-25-19
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. I found this book very interesting. I found this book had some interesting basic information on why and how to stop procrastinating things. Didn't find anything that you would not be able to read or learn in a professional development training or anything similar. I found the narration very compelling and made me stay listening.

Decent read if you are interested in suggestions
Revisado: 03-07-19
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. I found this book very interesting. It includes several tips for an "empathetic approach" for different leading situations. However, other than some good quotes on leadership and a couple of good examples of good leaders, I didn't find anything that "wowed" me. I was expecting more of the psychological side of empathy in leaders and groups in general and how this translates into success in an organization. I didn't feel like there was a theoretical foundation that would support the experiences shared. I felt it was more like a "suggestions and tips from my experience" type of books. I have to say that I have listened to a couple of books narrated by Matyas Job Gombos and he is the best. It doesn't matter the topic his narration can keep you listening.

This is a story about politics, history, and power. But, most of all, this is a story about a working-class kid from the south side of Tacoma, Washington, who became a Secret Service agent and traveled the world, building a relationship with one of America’s most controversial Presidents, Richard Nixon, and Mrs. Nixon. This is a story about perseverance and friendship - and a story no one else can tell.

You have to listen to this book
Revisado: 03-01-19
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. Former President Nixon is mostly known for the bad decisions that he made during the presidency that pushed him to resign to the Presidency. This book is an amazing intimate view of former President Richard Nixon shared by one of his closest confidants several years after resigning to the presidency. Mr. Endicott was one of the secret service agents in charge of the protection of Mr. Nixon after Watergate and established such a close relationship with him that became his personal security after Nixon decided to wave completely his secret service protection The stories are mindblowing and it definitely helps us understand better the personality and experience of the Nixons behind closed doors. Mr. Endicott's experience with the Nixons is one that no one ever had with the former president. I wonder sometimes how such public and powerful people struggle to establish close relationships. I am very surprised this book is not making a bigger buzz in the news considering the current political climate. I wish that we could see more of the real person and avoid the nasty partisanship that is destroying our capacity to listen to each other's differences. Great read!

What if low calorie diets are the reason you can’t get results? Imagine feeling sexy and confident in your favorite clothes without sacrificing the foods you love. Picture feeling confident, sexy, and vibrant without counting a single calorie! Being overweight my entire childhood, all of my teenage years, and the better part of my 20s left me longing for a body I could feel confident in; and envious of everyone getting results on diets I barely dropped a pound on.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. Am I addicted to sugar? I asked my wife, and it seems like we are. I found this book extremely helpful to understand the basics of intermittent fasting and how to boost our weight loss. My wife and I have found fasting a good tool in the past (Spiritually and physically) but the concept of using it for weight loss was mindblowing. We have made our goal to follow the 4-week program starting with our 48-hour fasting (:S).

Thank you, Clive for your efforts to strengthen kids imagination and creativity with your books

Historia
New York Times number-one best-selling author Richard Eyre contends that the three things today's society desires most - control, ownership, and independence - are, paradoxically, what bring the most discouragement and unhappiness in our lives. Providing a mind-changing exploration of the inherent problems with our fixation on material possessions, control over our lives, and independence from others, Eyre responds with a unique and engaging counterpoint of how to switch to the joy-giving alternatives of serendipity, stewardship, and interdependence.

I got dissapointed half way in the book
Revisado: 03-01-19
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. I am always hesitant to give a negative review, but I think it is better to be honest in this review. This book caught my attention since I have always liked self-help books and thought this book would leave great teachings. The book is divided in two parts, the first part (Happiness paradox was pretty good. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and I was happy to hear a couple of scriptures and references to my church's teachings. I believe the authors are members of my church. However, they lost me in the second part, starting with the concept of spiritual serendipity? I honestly lost interest after an hour of listening to the second part and stopped listening. Hope this feedback is helpful.

If you are an introvert...
Revisado: 02-22-19
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. For some reason, this book caught my attention and decided to listen to it. I have never considered myself an introvert, but as I listened to the book I realized that I do share a lot of the attributes of introverts. I have always wondered why extroverts are rewarded more for their performance and personalities. If you've never thought about listening to a book about introversion (like me) this book will be an eye-opener for you as it was for me. My favorite quote from the book is at the beginning of chapter 5 from Susan Cain author of "Quiet". "You've downplayed your strengths for too many years, you've tried so hard to be an extrovert... you are as powerful as an extrovert. you can become a leader for everyone around you. Your passion is your strength, your ideas are your weapons"
In a sense, the strategies and suggestions on networking and how to deal with an extrovert spouse were the most useful for me in this book. Every chapter includes practical introspective questions that can help you understand better how to fulfill our potential.
Introversion is a gift! And if we all learn how to take advantage of it we can be very successful. Thank you for writing this book and educate more on how valuable are the contributions of introverts to the world.
PS. Start listening to chapter 17. This is a questionnaire that will help you evaluate if you are an introvert or not.
