Breathiness

I do not know if I will be able to listen to this book till the end.. The breathiness of performers is throing me off of the plot. And when there are an actual steamy scenes I just can't listen to it... I need to skip those parts. And that is just awful!!!

Maybe I will try to read it... when I have time... I do not know when that will be.

I do not know what to say. Deeply dissapointed. Do not understand why there are 4,9 stars. I like smutty parts usually - this time - just skipped to next part. Felt that characters are forced to life.. Just yak.

ok. writer has chosen interesting main characters - killers. and explicit sex scenes. but that is only interesting thing. and even that gets boring, because there is whole lot on noncomunication.

Smuty Smut

Smutty smut with quite awesome plotline and kind of believable characters. If a friend would want to listen to fun smut I would suggest this.

spectacular book

if you have ever liked Bill Bryson book "history of nearly everything", you will love this one as well.
if you like to understand why the hell woman (and man) does almost everything from evolutionary view, you will love this one.

it is really interesting to listen. the intonation is engaging. and i never get bored. and i am only half way through... and i can' t stop to listen to it.

characters are remarkably annoying. plot stretched way too much. got to 4th book. and just stoped. at times just forwarded the audiobook and did not seem to miss anything.

by the way - no sex scenes. just great. even had some thougts i wanted to write down... but it is hard when you listen and not read.

Changing the original review. Because of other reviews persued myself to listen to the end... The end a little bit explain everything. But overall still it was hard to listen..

ORIGINAL: skipped few chapters - did not feel a loss.. very one dimensional.. very predictable.
how the hell person can be away for 8 years and nothing happen, change in their life?

January lavoy made story shallow..

Kinda liked the story. But every dialog seemed the same... Even the inner dialogs.. Of course voice is sexy and deep and charming. But it did not carry the emotions to me... There ir other ways to show the emotions besides the changing the voice tembre.
