I found this book to be full of useful and applicable tools and skills. Those tools and skills were then illustrated by stories that made them (the tools & skills) come alive.
I appreciated the chapter summaries. I went so gar as to copy and paste each one into a document so I could have them in one place.
I strongly recommend this book.
