The way the book is read had some really weird parts were he would stumble over his words or use words that just don’t make any sense. In chapter 5 there is a part were he used “minutes” and “second” interchangeably. He literally tells you to hold an exercise for 45 to 60 minutes and then tells you to do it for 45 to 60 seconds in the next sentence. This happens multiple times. Wish I saw that other 1 start review before I wasted my time and money.
