Historia
John Wells has just barely managed to stop an operation designed to drive the United States and Iran into war, but the instigator himself disappeared behind an impenetrable wall of security. Now it's time for him to pay, and Wells has made it his personal mission. There are plenty of crosscurrents at work, though. The White House doesn't want anybody stirring the pot; his old CIA bosses have their own agendas; and other countries are starting to sniff around, sensing something unusual.

Good entertainment.
Revisado: 05-07-16
Berenson's stories are, like this one, always good. Guidall is a topnotch narrator. Together they are terrific entertainment. I hope to have Mr. Guidall narrate one of my 15 books...Rick Magers.

Too many black authors have been ignored in day's.

This woman has, in a few of her books, described our fellow Sapiens-sapiens so perfectly, that we can, if we are willing to drop our inherited bigomy, see and understand them better...what a shame that she had to die before a few steps of real progress were made.

Historia
It is 1906, and in New York City, the Italian crime group known as the Black Hand is on a spree: kidnapping, extortion, arson. Detective Isaac Bell of the Van Dorn Agency is hired to form a special Black Hand Squad, but the gangsters appear to be everywhere - so much so that Bell begins to wonder if there are imitators, criminals using the name for the terror effect. And then the murders begin, each one of a man more powerful than the last, and, as Bell discovers to his dismay, the ultimate target may be the most powerful man of all.

suspense from beginning to end.
Revisado: 05-04-16
Many authors use history as a vehicle to drive home their story, I have done it in a few of my books, however, few can do it as well as Clive...my hat is off to him (and a little envy too)...Rick Magers.

Historia
“Why is this town called Mother’s Rest?” That’s all Reacher wants to know. But no one will tell him. It’s a tiny place hidden in a thousand square miles of wheat fields, with a railroad stop, and sullen and watchful people, and a worried woman named Michelle Chang, who mistakes him for someone else: her missing partner in a private investigation she thinks must have started small and then turned lethal.

Jack Reacher is a character created by Lee Child.
Revisado: 05-03-16
Reacher will remain a cornerstone of novel characters as long as books are published. If entertainment is what you are looking for, this audio book will fill the bill...Rick Magers: author.
