Too much political whining

I have been a Stephen King fan for 30 years. Always rush to buy his newest book. But not after this one. I couldn't get past chapter 3. Oh, my mom died, but I wasn't close to her anyway because she was a Trump supporter. Oh, I divorced my husband because he was a Trump supporter. My friend is sick because he didn't get vaccinated. On and on.
I read to get away from all this not to be bombarded with it. And for anyone thinking otherwise, I would feel the same if it was slamming Biden as well.
The narrator sounded good from what I heard of her. But since I didn't finish the book, I didn't review her performance.

The Spirit Clearing

OMG!!!! I feel like I've just been mind f*ed. Mark Tufo is an absolutely amazing author and one of my favorites. This book completely blew away all my expectations and then some. At first, I was heartbroken then happy, then heartbroken again before being scared to death. This is not your typical laugh till you pee your pants Tufo book. Don't get me wrong, I still laughed, but I was more scared and wondering what was going to happen. TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!!!

And of course, all this exciting experience is delivered in perfection by Sean. I could listen to him reading to me all day. Which of course I do. lol. He has one of the best reading voices I have ever heard. He gives every character a voice of their own, making them more realistic and easy to tell who is speaking.

Still Alive book 10

You's always in the place you's supposed to be. This means that if you're reading this review, you should check out this series. Think Z Nation meets Saw. Blue naked zombies are getting slaughtered in gory detail. The well thought storyline is amazing and funny. I have laughed my way through the entire series. Javan includes his fans in his stories, giving the characters unique and realistic personalities. Who wouldn't want to be in a zombie book killing zombies and getting eaten by them. Salzman does an amazing job as always narrating. He has a wide range of voices, making it easy to tell which character is speaking. I highly recommend this series to all zombie lovers.

Winter's Rising

Mark Tufo is absolutely amazing. I couldn't stop listening and can't wait to start book two. Tufo blends humor and action in a way that is unbeatable.
Sean Runnette has a voice that brings life to every character. He is one of my favorite narrators.

Still Alive book 9

By the will of the screenwriter this audience member was highly entertained. If your reading this review chances are good you have read the other books in this series, if you haven’t you are soo missing out. Non stop, very detailed and hilariously gruesome action throughout will keep you listening and re-listening. Javan Bonds has a unique style of writing that I find fascinating and enjoyable. Couple that with Salzman narrating and you have a series that is hard to beat.

Infinite Reality

I usually don't like books that read like a game but this book changed that for me. I absolutely love Peter Meredith's work, so I decided to give it a try and true to his way I was not disappointed. The characters were amazing though out. While listening to Infinite Reality it made me want to play a mmo like Neverwinter again, that rush and excitement you get when finally leveling up and beating the quest. I felt all that from listening to this book. The plot was very suspenseful and I finished it in one day because I couldn't stop. Brian Callanan did a wonderful job narrating giving all the characters life. I would highly recommend this book to all fantasy lovers.

Still Alive Book 8

If perversely sick and twisted humor is your thing you are going to love this series. I absolutely love every gory detail of Javan Bonds Still Alive series. From every character talking like a sailor (profanity) and wearing costumes to the blue naked erection sporting zombies (peevies) this whole series had me cracking up. If your the squeamish type move on the kiddie section is a few rows back. But if your like me and totally into very graphic details when someone dies..get book 1 and don't look you back. You won't be disappointed. Also S.W. Salzman is one of my favorite narrators his voice is to die for, giving all the different characters life, he out does himself time and again.

Zombie Perdition book 7 Still Alive Series

Javan Bonds does it again. Another hilariously funny off the wall zombie book. Looking into the unbelievable lives of Mo Collins and crew. The P.V.'s are still blue, still naked and still sporting erections that normal men would be hard pressed (and jealous) of keeping so long. I love the humor in this book and laughed the whole way through it. Every character is thought out sporting different personalities and super hero costumes. The fight scenes are very vivid and puts you right in the thick of things. If crude humor and zombies are your thing I highly recommend this entire series. I know I can't wait for the next one. S.W. Salzman is one of my favorite narrators his voice is clear. strong and smooth. I really like his range of voices making it easy to tell who is talking. Salzman is someone I could listen too all day which is a good thing because I do.

The Last Survivors

I absolutely loved this series. couldn't stop listening because I just had to know what came next. The characters are very well thought out with such vividly believable personalities. By far my favorite was Jango. Sean Runnette is an amazing narrator he has such an expanse of voices you can tell who is supposed to be talking.

Stirrings in the Black House

It started off kind of slow and I was about to give up on it. I'm so glad I didn't because it got super spooky and scared me so badly I had to stop listening and call a friend to calm down before finishing it. It is a truly frightful read. Joe Hempel does a fantastic job as narrator.
