Great story, stuffy narrator
Revisado: 09-30-20
This was the book I needed to recharge my mindset within HR. We can feel alone sometimes and often question why we do what we do and this book is exactly the reasons.
The narrator sounded stuffy the entire book which was distracting personally. There were some things that would have crossed over better with reading the physical book.

Historia
While human lives are endlessly variable, our most memorable positive moments are dominated by four elements: elevation, insight, pride, and connection. If we embrace these elements, we can conjure more moments that matter. What if a teacher could design a lesson that he knew his students would remember 20 years later? What if a manager knew how to create an experience that would delight customers? What if you had a better sense of how to create memories that matter for your children?

Will listen again
Revisado: 10-14-19
I enjoyed the material in this book more than I anticipated. The authors combined studies and real stories in a way that didn't sound so technical. Many of the takeaways can be used personally and professionally. I will for sure listen again and pass along to others.

Good book
Revisado: 07-27-18
This was the first book where the narrator changed his voice for the different characters. After getting used to that, it will make others hard to listen to. The stories are fictional but pull very real situations in that make it relatable.

Historia
Tiffany can't avoid being funny: it's just who she is. But The Last Black Unicorn is so much more than a side-splittingly hilarious collection of essays - it's a memoir of the struggles of one woman who came from nothing and nowhere. A woman who was able to achieve her dreams by reveling in her pain and awkwardness, showing the world who she really is, and inspiring others through the power of laughter.

Love this book!
Revisado: 05-18-18
I couldn't stop listening to this book! Having Tiffany as the Narrator made it more impactful especially in some emotional parts you could hear her voice break. I would recommend to anyone needing a laugh with good stories to follow it up.
