I'm a white male, and am so glad I read this book. Each DEI title I read adds a different nuance to the conversation, and to my own understanding. This book is specific, thoughtful, and will be worth rereading regularly.

great overall relationship book

I have been doing some pretty intense personal and relationship therapy for the last 2 years or so and this book is almost a sort of greatest hits of the best books I have read so far. lots of insight to be found here.
