Good affirmations, with bonus narrative on what makes good affirmations

I specifically enjoyed the chapter 4 narrative explaining the essence of what makes an effective affirmation. Good insight. As to affirmations themselves, I liked the chapter 2 delivery method (Ch 1-3 are same affirmations delivered with different background/style). I’d recommend.

My standard meditation bundle

I use this program for morning meditation. I value this bundle for the quality content and how it is presented to the listener. When I’m in the mood to meditate in quiet, I simply shift to the second half of any chapter so that I have uninterrupted 20-30 min of unique background sound that I find invaluable for my meditation routine. The background sounds in this program are truly meditation sounds and are in contrast with other similar programs filled with vivid distracting music not suited for meditation.

Would you try another book from Eric Worre and/or Eric Worre?
I rarely write any reviews however I feel obligated to warn any potential buyers that this book appears to be nothing more than a scam with no tangible content, no message, nothing valuable to learn, however, with A FEW THOUSAND 5 star reviews given most likely by the group members of the pyramid scheme community this book originated from. Don't be fooled.
