Then, goes on to list all the different types of types of trauma, etc. And then, if that's not enough, goes on to list all the different ways a person can get hurt doing yoga. When does the actual helpful stuff start??? Tried to return the audiobook, but Audible wouldn't let me.

Was disappointed. It seemed to be a live performance or else there were laugh tracks. Hated the way he would giggle to himself during performance. At times, he would raise his voice. Very distracting. I wish it were read by someone else and didn’t contain the laughs and giggles.

The trouble with Audible is when you play a sample, you sometimes get the summary that’s written on the page, not the real item. That’s what happened in my case. I was looking for guided meditation with no music. The sample didn’t have it. The real item did. Oh, well. Returned and I will try to find another.

The background noise, music or whatever it was supposed to be was so loud that I could barely hear her. It was distracting. Not a relaxing meditation at all. I suspect it could have been good, if it had simply been her voice.
