I was disappointed with this book because I was looking for a self help book for my OCD. This book will be beneficial for a person that does not know or understand what OCD is.

I bought the actual book on the late 80's and loved it. The narrated version is by far the best. It is clear and narrated as the author himself would have done it. Great book I highly recommend it.
