This book teaches you all the basics you need to know about smoking and salt curing. Since I am just starting it was easy to follow and make sense of things. I am more comfortable in doing my own smoking now.

I appreciated it a lot when there was a history of food preservation at the start. It's always good to look back and love your work on food more..

It's always a great idea to improve our knowledge of food handling and preservation.

I'm planning to try improving my bacon and sausages.. hopefully the pandemic ends soon so I could roam around for my ingredients.. Looking forward to my food adventures equipped with a few recipes from the book. Maybe I'll surprise my family with a variety of smoked food at a celebration.
