Book was okay, but why did they have to kill off Freedom? She got no memories, at least not until the end, and I really thought Tui was gonna make her come back to life and be great friends with Dusky, but no, she dies again!?!?! I cried. Ok book. Really sad

I love this book! As I am Not An Adult reader, I believe this book is great and appropriate for younger kids! Just a warning to the parents out there, there is a homosexuality at the end of this book, and especially in the 13th book and the 15th book. I myself support the LGBTQ+ community so I really don’t think this small bit of gayness is at all bad! Anemone and Tamarin are so cute together, and Anemone’s crush on Tamarin is adorable! Moving on to QIBLI!!!! When I saw his book was in Audible, I immediately clicked buy. I have always loved Qibli’s personality since the first time we met him in the 6th book. His story has so many layers and the pet about him leaving his family! Perfect writing! The way Qibli thinks and how he handles situations using his head… I LOVE HIM!!!! He is by far my most favorite dragon in the whole universe of Wings Of Fire! And adding Moonbli in there?!? AhhHhhhhhHhh I love it!!!!! But this is a very good book! I’m just a little disappointed in what happened to Darkstalker, the 2000 year old most powerful dragon ever. But Moonbli makes up for it lol! Overall great book to end Arc 2 with! Love it!!!!!!!!! 😍

It’s really interesting to see inside Blue, and Cricket is so good!!! I just have one complaint. On the cover of The Lost Continent, Blue has wings, but wait, he doesn’t get his wings until the 12th book!?!?! I was so excited, because I thought Blue would get his wings in his book, but he didn’t sooooooo… still a good book though!

Okay, I’m not homophobic, and I think that making Sundew and Willow lesbian was the frosting on the cake for this book, but I see where SOME of the parents are coming from, although not all of them are correct. If your kid is K-2 or K-3, this might not be the best book them until you explain what LGBTQ is. This book is good for kids who can accept that Sundew and Willow are gay and parents who are willing to let their kids listen to this. But I also can see why it could be confusing for younger kids, so just read the reviews before you buy it! This book is absolutely amazing and just beautiful writing! *chefs kiss* I would just like it if people could be more accepting towards the LGBTQ community.

Outstanding!

Tsunami is fierce, loyal, and very protective. I think that the best books in the series are in the First Arc! Tsunami is just really funny to watch, like her scene with Riptide, and how she uses claws and teeth instead of words! There are a few words that don’t fit in, like when Coral says, “ Then I’ll lose 2 daughter that day.” Even though she was talking about the same day. Overall, it’s a good book, I recommend it for tweens, teenagers, and adults. Some of this story isn’t the most appropriate for 5 or 6 year olds, but I read some of Moon Rising to my 6 year old cousin and he was fine. There are just some parts that might be a little more sensitive for a younger audience, like Coral killing Tortoise, or the Orca Statue scene, but I don’t think it is that bad! This series is a series that you will immediately get addicted to and honestly, I’m happy that I got into Wings Of Fire.

It is awesome! There are some things though..

Moon is just such an interesting character! I love listening to this audio book before I sleep, especially the last 2 hours! The story has probably one of the better storylines, but I do have 1 complaint. Technically this isn’t the 5th book, but it leads up to Moon Rising, and I think it was a big mistake. At the end of The Brightest Night graphic novel, they were talking about Moon, but when they showed her at the end, she looks like a one year old dragonet, but Moon was 4 or 3 years old in the beginning plot of Moon Rising? It was only a few months after the events of The Brightest Night that Moon Rising took place. So why was Moon a year old in the book before hers, but her book, which takes place a FEW months later, and Moon is 4? I don’t know if anyone else has noticed this, but I just wanted to mention it. I know that people sometimes think Shannon McManus’s voice is annoying, but I absolutely love how she did the voices of every dragon in this book. Darkstalker’s voice is absolutely perfect. Although, I do recommend putting the speed of the audiobook at 1.2. The normal speed is just to slow, and it ruined the experience for me until I figured out how to change the speed. I also love Moon’s panicked voice! Shannon just wrapped it all together with her reading of this audiobook. And I love Moonbli!!! Winter kind of sucked in this book though. He was rude, but I think that helped with his character development in his book, even though in Perils book he’s awful again. I think the way that they made Darkstalker come back after 2000 years is just incredible writing, Absolutely brilliant! Tui is one of the great authors out in this world, and how they can write these amazing series. And I’m so excited for Arc 4!!!! This is just an amazing book! I definitely recommend it if you love fantasy and incredible writing!

I do not know what to say.. THIS HAS MADE ME WANT TO START IMPROV! I love how many people can really understand what Ava is going through and how it was hard for her to make friends. I am absolutely surprised not many people have written reviews… this is one of the BEST books I’ve ever read. Ava is such an interesting character to listen to. My friend had told me to read this book and I loved it!!!!! I just love how supportive her improv group was with Ava. This story is inspiring to kids who have trouble talking to others and who have extreme anxiety like me. The narrator made Ava’s voice perfect and quiet! The BeSt book ever!
