Wonderful Story—Prepare for a storm of emotions.

I read this book (first), and have now listened to the audible companion. It’s an amazing tale. The story is compelling, so much so that I found myself stopping at times, just to settle my emotions—especially towards the end. It is like all of her books—well-written and poignant. Danelle Harmon has a gift —and that is the gift of storytelling. You won’t regret your purchase.

Wonderful rendition of Elizabeth Johns’ story. I fell head over heels for Beatrice - after detesting the same TON brat in Surrender the Past. Elizabeth Johns brings her characters to life and takes the reader/listener to them! Encourage strongly that you try this audible. You won’t be disappointed!!

Wonderful story. Really good narration. I love EJ’s stories- but when you have read the book-listen to the book and be prepared to be transported! I got so much out of the narration- and I had loved the book!
Just gets better.

Highly recommend.

Story was good but narrator’s performance distracted.

I enjoyed the story. One caveat- it took a while to like the heroine, as I saw her as conniving and deceitful for the first quarter of the book. But as the story hit the halfway mark, she began to show growth and redeemable qualities.

However, the narrator was most distracting. Her pace was too slow (I had to speed it up to 1.25x to endure her reading.)

I generally enjoy all of Mrs Bolen’ s books and wished I had read this rather than heard it by audible.

Enjoyed the Story.

Nice story and good intro to the Montana Sky series. Liked the characters a lot. Wasn’t enamored of the narrator. Inflections often wrong- awkward character voices (often with wrong accent) that sometimes changes. She didn’t add to the story.


Look forward to future stories.

Wonderful trilogy. Great heroes...

Totally enjoyed this audible trilogy. I think my favorite was the Earl of Cravenswood. Henry is every woman’s dream, I think- honorable, handsome, honest and loyal. But I’m really glad not to have to choose. I’d encourage you to select this if you want an addictive story you just cannot get enough of!

Excellent Narration.

Loved the narration of this story. The H and h were a little too wrapped up in being angry or difficult and I think the story suffered—dragged a little. And the time travel portion was a bit of a let down.
