A road map for running a business

I thought I had a business until my son was born and had to have open heart surgery. As soon as I was taken out of my business I realized I had nothing more than a glorified job with a 1099, no Health Insurance, 401K or paid time off. It was then I realized I had to do things differently. As I started to assemble my team I was courting a KW agent. Through this process I realized MREA had the road map I was looking for and left RE/MAX and joined Keller Williams. In 12 short months I went from being a single agent to achieving the 7th level.
