Really great format

I bought this book, forgot about this book, and then came back to listen, forgetting the format. This is a must "listen". It's raw, emotional, and enlightening. Being a fly on the wall for each session sometimes made me feel like I was intruding. At the same time I am grateful and applaud the bravery of each participant's willingness to allow us in.
