A good tribute to the nurses of WWII!

Enjoyed the story. The horror of what happened at Pearl Harbor should never be forgotten. The sacrifices that were made and the hardships of our soldiers, doctors and nurses in wartime was brought to light in this story.

Never Disappointed

This is the fifth book (?) I’ve listened to by Soraya M. Lane and I have loved every single one of her books. She is so talented at keeping you at the edge of your seat, making you fall in love with the characters, and submerse yourself in history (even though fictional, they are based on true events). I love World War II history and these stories bring it to life. Thank you for continuing to write these works of art!

This story was captivating and had me at the edge of my seat at almost every turn. It was never predictable, and thoroughly enjoyable through all its emotional ups and downs. My husband was so enthralled with it, I wasn’t allowed to listen without him. We loved it!
