Kitzinger and Cheney should get medals for their uncommon valor and willingness to skuttle their careers to promote facts and truth and find their attempt to save our democracy. I only hope it's not too little too late.

Or country is being torn apart by people on both sides of the spectrum who are over invested in their need to need right. Adam's book gives me a shred of hope that finding a middle ground and reminding our United States is still possible. Can we send copies to all of our legislators and Community Leaders and get back to work on Truly making this the greatest Country in the world?

Here's to you Dr Attia. Medicine 3.0 should be the standard for everyone, especially the Insurance companies that run the healthcare world. If we could only get their actuaries to understand that it costs less to prevent health issues than to treat them the 3.0 system might have a chance. A hospital administrator once shared that insurance companies don't really want lower healthcare costs because their premiums are based on the dollar values of claims. Reducing the country's healthcare cost, in an environment where the premiums are, regulated as a % of the overall cost of services provided actually creates an incentive for insurance companies to remain supportive of the medecine 2.0 approach. Thank fully there are people like you giving those who want to advocate for longer high quality lives a track to run on.
Many Thanks!
PS. You should start an affiliate organization of Drs, so more people can gain access to your methodologies.

Great job James Clear! the book is extremely well laid out and does a fantastic job of creating a framework for people stuck in Can't and Never land. it provides a great way to look at how to create habits through a series of small steps that can build the discipline to unlock personal potential.

I always enjoy a book that provides examples of the concept being successfully applied. This book is a 10 in that regard and provides a great structure for conversations with an entire organization on how to build a high performance plan with built in follow up to make sure you execute.

Sometimes really intelligent and artistic people speak in a way that doesn't connect. It's almost like they are trying to over tell the story.

It was easy to listen to because the reader is my favorite. with that said the generals argument fell a little short for me. I agree that there isn't a mathematical objective formula that can adequately explain why some men and women are great leaders. I do not however agree with the general's assessment that these individual leaders are made somehow less important by their character flaws. Leaders are imperfect like everyone else and by definition could not be great leaders without great supporters and great followers but this doesn't diminish the value that a single individual can bring to any organization or cause when transformation is required.
