Best Narration - Best story in the series

Therese Plummer Is by far 1 of the very best narrators for audiobooks. And this book was the BEST book in the Hope Harbor series. Characters from past stories reappear adding depth to the story. The story of the Cottage draws you in.

Female narrator has strange way of dragging out words

This female narrator has the strangest way of dragging out the ends of words. Not sure how to describe it. Pronounces words correctly and fully, but often drags out the last word of a sentence and hits a hard “nnn” sound or something; it’s almost like another syllable. It sounds so strange & distracts from listening.

My fav book in the series!

This is my favorite book in the series! The flight experience makes me laugh out loud! I love the banter between the couple! I love this couple.

Best book in the Series.

Thérèse Plummer is hands down 1 of the VERY BEST narrators!! I absolutely love her! I chose to listen to the first book in this series because of her!!
This was my favorite book in the Hope Harbor series. I love how other characters in the town have parts in the story. I like that there is more than 1 love story in the book. Would like to have heard a little more about the couples from the other books in the series and how they’ve changed. I wish the story could have gone a little farther into the couple’s future. The love story is sweet.

Emma Taylor is an AMAZING narrator!

Emma Taylor, the narrator of this audiobook is amazing! Her voices are different for each character & she has a perfect accent for each.

This story brings our couple together & then we get to walk thru the story as their relationship develops. I enjoy books more when I don’t have to wait until the very end for the couple to get together. I fell for Nina & Max right away. Kristen Ashley does a great job developing the characters and you feel like you know them as individuals and their little likes & dislikes.

I’m a book series person. I like hearing about the other characters living around town. This book is a great start for this series. I like we get to see the characters from past books continue to live their lives & continue to be a part of the next books. I’m looking forward to seeing Nina practice law in this town.

All 3 books in Series are great! But wrong narrator

I love all 3 books in this series. I like this author and have enjoyed her other books. I was definitely pulled into the stories & really liked the characters but this is the wrong narrator for these 3 books. Her voice sounds too old and sometimes narrator has a strange accent that doesn’t fit characters. The narrator is fine when she’s just reading the story, but when trying to speak for the characters, she just doesn’t work. I really enjoyed Narrator Karen White who read Jill Shalvis other series Animal Magnetism and Cedar Ridge.

Great follow to The Bribe.

Great follow up to The Bribe. Well selected actors to read story! So very happy audio book was released together with print form. I have to listen to books, so I want all books released in audio format!! I love series better than stand-alone books. I get invested in the characters and the town. I love Calamity & its residents. I also like the references to Prescott, Montana & the Jamison Valley series. I’m ready to see what happens to Karregon. Willa Nash (& Devney Perry) will pull you into the story & make you want to be a part of it. Top of my favorite authors list!!
