I liked this book a lot! It help me understand that as a leader, I can use frustration as my tool for success. Frustration doesn’t have to be a bad thing. It’s how you look at it. Frustration is “energy” to motivate for achieving something great...!

I absolutely loved this book. Brené Brown is one is this generations thought leaders and she really helps to bring the book to life with her words. Her attention to details on how to communicate her message of what a leader should be or how leading should look is exquisite. I will read this book a few times as not to miss out on becoming the best leader in my personal and career life.
