Sometimes it seems as if everyone has a different opinion on these crucial questions - but this audiobook holds real answers. There IS a PDF (now)

I contacted Audible about the missing PDF and had my ticket escalated and there is now a PDF. The PDF is great and gives a guideline of different kinds of fats and recommendations.
The book was overall good, would be very easy to comprehend to the average listener. I personally loved James' Salt Fix which changed my life and this book further helped with clarifying certain aspects of healthy fats.
The only thing that bothers me about the narration and the narration of a lot of health books is the readers do not know how to pronounce health terms and other terms health people usually use.

We all know the dangers of sugar and salt: but the danger attributed to the second white crystal has more to do with getting too little of it, not too much. Too little salt can shift the body into semi-starvation mode, causing insulin resistance, and may even cause twice as much fat to be absorbed for every gram that's consumed. Too little salt in certain populations can also actually increase blood pressure as well as resting heart rate.

Good history of dietary guidelines for salt.
Revisado: 08-16-17
Why salt is very important and why we are told to eat too little of it. The most important part is the dangers of too l little salt and when we deplete the most salt and how to become in tune of how much our body needs. Worth a read.

Move Your DNA explains the science behind our need for natural movement - right down to the cellular level. It examines the differences between the movements in a typical hunter-gatherer's life and the movements in our own. It shows the many problems with using exercise like movement vitamins instead of addressing the deeper issue of a poor movement diet.
