Too much to remember
Revisado: 02-15-25
Books are obviously more detailed than their counterpart screen production, but I really appreciated finally having the opportunity to enjoy “To Kill a Mockingbird” in its entirety.

Historia
Our ability to prevent and reverse these conditions—and feel incredible today—is under our control and simpler than we think. The key is our metabolic function—the most important and least understood factor in our overall health. As Dr. Casey Means explains in this book, nearly every health problem we face can be explained by how well the cells in our body create and use energy. To live free from frustrating symptoms and life-threatening disease, we need our cells to be optimally powered so that they can create “good energy,” the essential fuel that impacts every aspect of our wellbeing.

The Choice is Ours: Authentic or Artificial Health
Revisado: 05-17-24
What stood out to me most is the clear delineation and differences between what our bodies need to sustain “Good Energy” naturally versus what we’re being offered and programmed to accept artificially. I really appreciate the degree and depth of their insights and inspiration provided to their listeners and readers! Great work!

Historia
How did Fidel Castro fool the CIA for a generation? Why did Neville Chamberlain think he could trust Adolf Hitler? Why are campus sexual assaults on the rise? Do television sitcoms teach us something about the way we relate to each other that isn't true? While tackling these questions, Malcolm Gladwell was not solely writing a book for the page. He was also producing for the ear. In the audiobook version of Talking to Strangers, you’ll hear the voices of people he interviewed - scientists, criminologists, military psychologists.

They discussed their deeply personal stories and the issues that are most important to them, such as illegal immigration. The New American Revolution chronicles both the losses of these grassroots voters as well as their ultimate victory in November 2016.

Genuinely authentic and inspiring!
Revisado: 05-11-21
So enjoyed listening to Kimberly sharing her own story of developing her skills and talents for personal advocacy in "Making the Case". Her personal example has definitely left an indelible imprint upon my own heart. I can only hope that I learn from her confidence, to better develop that needful skill set for successful planning and preparation in my own life's endeavors and relationships. I can only hope to incorporate her wit and wisdom from all those lessons that she's learned from her father and others who have mentored her and then through "Trial and Error" apply them in "Making the Case" to better advocate for myself in my life with others I deal with. For me, I'd say his audible version of her book was like having the chance to sit down together with Kimberly for a one on one 6 hour conversation and then soaking in all the benefits of a mentor and blessings of getting to know her much like a close friend.
