I am a quality manager on a team that is about 2 years old. I am the second person that has been in this role. Having the opportunity to build a team, create a vision and strategy with the team is a tremendous opportunity full of challenges. This book inspires and guides that process. The book can inspire a team to lead quality, invoke a sense of personal ownership and promote a culture of quality in product, process and leadership in the organization.
