Historia
For years dog trainer Michael Wombacher has worked with expecting dog owners to prevent problems between dogs and children. He has also unfortunately witnessed too many families forced to surrender their beloved family companions because they failed to prepare the dog for the arrival of a new family member. In Good Dog, Happy Baby, Wombacher lays out a 12-step process that will give families the skills they need to navigate this new era of their lives.

Mean
Revisado: 06-17-18
I find the practices in this book to be mean. I’m not against consequence training to a degree. A pinch collar is one thin but spraying breath spray in a dogs face seems over the line. The part that I find the most offensive is the “set up” encouraging the dog to jump or make a wrong move then spraying him in the face. I would never practice this on my dog. It would hurt the trust he has in me. I think pack management is important and it does cover a clear outline on how to obtain dominance if you don’t already have that with your dog. For a training manual it does read well. I can’t get past the punishment though and made me loose trust in the author.
