I was so excited to listen as it has gotten great reviews. It was just BLAH to me. It was a coming of age sort of book to me. There was action, but, it just didn't excited me. I'm probably the one out of the bunch with bad review this time. There was nothing thrilling, shocking about it. Pretty straight forward. I like my tea extra sweet and this was like a teaspoon!! Save your credit.

I wanted to listen to the book to get a better understanding of Jada. I feel like I came out shaking my head even harder. In a nutshell, it was everything she has been saying all along, no clarification, but, typical Jada. I don't wanna spoil it, the part about the monster sounded like that was made-up and her childhood sounded like a copycat of Flowers in the Attic. The only time she sounded truly like herself is when she talked about Tupac. There's no clarity, nothing new and very questionable in my opinion. Save you credit or money!!

Overall if you are a childhood fan of New Edition and Bobby Brown as I am, you will love this story. Bobby definitely cleats up any misconceptions we have/had of him! Although at times it sounded like he was reading, really enjoyed this book!!

What made the experience of listening to Trust No Man 3 the most enjoyable?
If you have listened to the other 2 books. The story line was kept on point. I was afraid that this book would be the same ole, same ole story. But it had a few twist and turns and kept me into it from beginning to end.
What other book might you compare Trust No Man 3 to and why?
Animal. Had the "Animal" vibe to it.
What about Brandon Rubin’s performance did you like?
I liked that all 3 books were linked and kept me interested through all 3.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The endings to both books 2 and 3 moved me. Very good endings!
Any additional comments?
Worth the credits. Hope there's a book 4.

What disappointed you about Secrets Never Die?
I purchased this book because I saw alot of 4 star ratings without actually reading the reviews. The story to me was just a bunch of talking. I zoned out a couple of times.
What could Eyone Williams have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
A better ending and more action.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of LaShone Garth?
The narrator was actually the best part of the story.

I enjoy all K'wan books and was lookin forward to this one. It was very dry & redundant. Alittle bit of action here and there. But I was disappointed.

Loved the 1st 2 books in the Stark Trilogy. Just feel like the 3rd was a quick put together. All though it did clear up some of the things from the previous books....I expected a totally different ending. What I expected....not sure, BUT, it should have been a different ending. It left me saying tomyself....(without spoiling it)WE KNEW THAT ALREADY!!
