I can't say fo sure that this is a *complete* guide for dealing with high conflict personalities, but certainly everything contained in this book will help. This book is both broad and concise, and goes a long way toward understanding, and circumnavigating, the personality issues which cause so much tragedy in general these days.

This is horrible all around.

I honestly tried to get past the narrator sounding like a sarcastic teenage version of the Disney holiday special announcer. I was hoping there would be anything worth paying attention to that would be worth enduring feeling cornered by a men's rights activist at the worst party in history, but.. it only got worse.

Written by someone who seems to spend all their evenings bitching in forums(SATEBIF) and can't resist making everything a stupid acronym(CRMEASA). This is a guidebook for becoming profoundly pathetic and refusing the slightest inclination toward self awareness. It's sad, bordering on terrifying that this has any positive reviews. They say 2 out of 10 people are psychopaths, and I imagine those two people would enjoy this.

If you want to be an internet troll with zero empathy, hating the world for not accomodating your own unforgivable faults, go ahead and read this. If you want to step into accountability and be a good man leading a happy life, I suggest you read "The Modern Alpha Male" by Damon Johnson instead.

For anyone who struggles with confidence, but just can't stomach a lot of the overly macho, brash sounding books on the subject of manliness, this is everything you need to hear.

Damon spells things out with remarkable tact and brilliance. He dispels the misconceptions about "real men" necessarily having to come off as jerks. For myself, and I'm sure many people, that misconception has been a huge impediment to moving forward. Damon's words have provided exactly what I needed to get over that hurdle and begin speaking my mind.

To anyone wondering why "nice guys" don't succeed in relationships, don't skip this book.

To me, the entire collection of Hitchhiker's radio dramas are perhaps the finest comedy in all media to date. Nothing compares to the wit and perplexity of Douglas's words and themes. I love this more than anything in my audio library, except maybe Andrew Yang's "War on Normal People", for altogether different and more currently relevant reasons. Hitchhiker's is a wonderful divergence, and I am happy these recordings persist.

I thought this was a brilliant manifesto for MATH. This book will Make America Think Harder, and I wish I could afford to gift everyone a copy.

This really just wasn't what I was expecting at all. Kind of a ridiculous story with characters and situations that feel way too contrived, all based around driving home the point that everyone should get up at 5am to workout, meditate and journal. I thought this was going to be more like a practical outline of something more specific. This just wasn't at all my cup of tea. It feels like a poorly executed knock off of The Alchemist to me.

Thoroughly enjoyable start to finish. Maybe it's because I've been a fan of all Jon Benjamin's characters since Dr Katz, but hearing him tell his own story was a fantastic listen for me. He's every bit as hilarious as the characters he voices.

I found the intros unnecessary. The meditations themselves were very short, padded with an extra 20 minutes of lazy synth. I've found more immersive hypnosis sessions on YouTube.

For someone who's generally shy and awkward like me, this book is a definite must. Vanessa explains everything you need to develop better relationships and open up to the world around you. Learn how to read expressions, how to use posture to be more likable, how to nail a handshake... anything you possibly might need to gain better relationships, professionally or personally. This book offers a path to feeling comfortable in social interactions. This is easily the most satisfied I've been with a book purchase, and I've been highly satisfied with nearly every book I've ever bought.

Scott does a fantastic job of driving home the importance of lowering ones living expenses to their best tolerable ability in order to more efficiently build a financial runway and shorten the amount of time one spends being required to work for a salary. It's sound and solid advice, and even if you're already becoming a high earner the advice within can make the difference between being rich for a while or wealthy for life.
