During my morning drive, I listen to this, and it makes me feel good about the day. The breathwork exercises and bite-sized visualizations are simple to use. In particular, the 30-day character-change plan has helped me become more patient and resolute. It functions similarly to an in-ear personal development coach.

The results are worth the daily work, but this is not a quick fix. I was most impacted by the nighttime reflection questions, which enabled me to acknowledge minor victories. Some people may find the repeated nature boring, but if you persevere, the framework works. A trustworthy tool for changing one's perspective.
