Well worth it!!! I LOVE this audible book!!!

I have been an insomniac pretty much my whole life. On a good night I will toss and turn for only half an hour before falling to sleep. Its not rare for me to lay in bed tossing and turning or reading for 1-3 hours before I can fall asleep. I saw the other reviews and thought it was worth trying and it is the best money ever spent for sleep!!!! It is not specifically to help you sleep, but to just be calm and kind of meditate. It tells you to get in a comfortable sitting position, but I use it at bedtime when I crawl into bed. I have not had it that long yet but I have tried it out now five times. The CD is a bit over 21 minutes long and I am so excited to say I have no idea how it ends as I have never made it that far!!! Last night I stayed up late listening to music and put this on to try and get some sleep for work today and even being a bit wound up, I fell asleep during exercise three. (There are four exercises on the program. I usually fall asleep during exercise two.) I have never been able to stay awake for the entire length of the CD. For those of you who have a hard time falling asleep, try it and you will see why I am so happy with this program!!!

The next best thing to getting to go yourself! You got to experience the trail for yourself just by listening. A good listen for those that love hiking and camping.

Worth listening to even if only for the real cases you hear. Very entertaining and informative.
I also highly recommend his bio 'Catch Me If You Can.' You won't believe the things he got away with!

Historia
Mike Daisey worked at Amazon.com for nearly two years during the dot-com frenzy of the late nineties. Now that his nondisclosure agreement has expired, he can tell the real story - one that blends tech culture, hero worship, cat litter, Albanian economics, and venture capitalism into a surreal cocktail of delusion.

I'm sorry I wasted my book choice on this junk!
Revisado: 04-30-03
This book is nothing but whining and babbling by a self-proclaimed (and justly so) pathetic excuse for an employee that any company in their right mind would terminate with cause.
It is nothing but his twisted, self-absorbed whining. I am two thirds of the way through the book and the only reason I am going to continue is to see how he leaves Amazon. How in the hell he stayed as long as he did is beneath me. He would be anyone's nightmare employee.
Put me in a room with this annoying cry-baby and I would rather hang myself.
