Historia
The British Royal Family believed that the dizzy success of the Sussex wedding, watched and celebrated around the world, was the beginning of a new era for the Windsors. Yet, within one tumultuous year, the dream became a nightmare. In the aftermath of the infamous Megxit split and the Oprah Winfrey interview, the Royal Family's fate seems persistently threatened.

Great book
Revisado: 07-09-23
I enjoyed listening and feel both Harry and Megan
both deserve each other. If they hate the press
so much why do they keep on doing nasty things
that make the press chase them for a good story.
How is it that Harry can stay in the United States
when he takes drugs? How can Megan be so
nasty to her dad who has done so much for her?
They have made so much money and if they
loved their children they should change their names and go to
a quite country where the can bring their children
up normally so they won’t have any hangups otherwise they will follow their parents and take drugs and destroy themselves.

Historia
When young widow Éilis Lawlor disappears in the middle of the night, with her two little children asleep in their beds, it is a chilling case for Detective Lottie Parker. Since her husband’s tragic death, Éilis is all her children have, and when Lottie sees Éilis’ house keys and phone still lying on the kitchen counter, she is terrified for the vulnerable mother’s safety. Then Éilis’ broken body is found by a nearby lake, wrapped in an unfamiliar yellow dress, her mouth sealed with duct tape–and Lottie’s worst fears are confirmed. Someone wanted this beautiful widow dead.

Historia
Roger Ferris is one of the CIA's soldiers in the war on terrorism. He has come out of Iraq with a shattered leg and an intense mission: to penetrate the network of a master terrorist known only as "Suleiman". Ferris' plan for getting inside Suleiman's tent is inspired by a masterpiece of British intelligence during World War II: he prepares a body of lies, literally the corpse of an imaginary CIA officer who appears to have accomplished the impossible by recruiting an agent within the enemy's ranks.

Historia
In David Ignatius' gripping new novel, spies don' t bother to steal information...they change it, permanently and invisibly. Graham Weber has been director of the CIA for less than a week when a Swiss kid in a dirty T-shirt walks into the American consulate in Hamburg and says the agency has been hacked, and he has a list of agents' names to prove it. This is the moment a CIA director most dreads. Weber isn' t sure where to turn until he meets a charismatic (and unstable) young man named James Morris who runs the Internet Operations Center.

I found the story too slow and uninteresting
Revisado: 08-08-15
Would you try another book from David Ignatius and/or George Guidall?
Yes some of his books are good.
What do you think your next listen will be?
Body of lies
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of George Guidall?
I would not change George Guidall
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
A few. I just think the story could have been shorter. There was a lot of unnecessary
information that made it boaring so in the end I did not finish it.
