I'm writing this book because whenever I sought helpful ways to manage my ADHD in college, I found a lot of explanations for why college with ADHD was so hard, but never any good, actionable steps on what to do. Now, having finished college, I want to change that. I want to give others all the life tips I used that actually helped make the neurotypical-focused education system much easier to navigate.
