Maureen does a beautiful job of establishing what a content and pleasurable life looks like, how it's available to everyone of us, and a solid framework on how to get there. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner who has practiced for the past 27 years, I have met with hundreds, if not thousands, of individuals struggling to find peace, happiness, and contentment in their lives only to come up short. This is the best self improvement book I have come across in my career and I have already recommended it to many of my patients...
