Historia
Marcus Richmond might be the quiet one in the Winchester witches' world, but that doesn't mean he has nothing to say. Between renovations at his stable - and plans for a bright future with a certain feisty witch - Marcus has his hands full. Things get even more hectic when local FBI Agent Landon Michaels discovers blood in Marcus' loft and a series of strange occurrences and thefts plague Hemlock Cove.

Narrator should know character's names
Revisado: 08-15-18
Twila is one of the major characters in this series. The name, while unusual, has a long history. It is pronounced Twy-lah, not Twill-ah. I'd think the author would give enough attention to quality control to catch something like this. What next—Bee instead of Bay? Twizzle instead of Thistle?

A special devotion to the divine
Revisado: 11-05-17
The words and music are beautiful.
Unfortunately, at times her voice is so soft that one must strain to hear her words over the music. This often occurs during the guided meditations. During meditation, one needs to relax rather than strain to hear. Increasing the volume is not helpful, because that increases the sound of the music. Nevertheless, it's well worth this annoyance.

Historia
Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes, published in 34 languages and one of the most far-reaching artist-psychoanalyists of our time, teaches that in archetypal imagination, "Mother Night is the quintessential medial woman, the woman who can walk in two worlds... 'the one who knows' and who can reveal solid ways of living and unleashing creative life in both worlds."

Any additional comments?
Other reviews complaining about the professionalism of the recording and narration concerned me, but I love Clarissa's work so much, I bought this anyway.
When I heard the recording, I had to laugh at the irony. Yes, she breathes, and laughs, and sounds exactly like the very real woman she is. Her voice is lovely. Her work is about connecting with our authentic selves. Her work is about how the world of slick professionalism kills our creative soul.
To those who have heard Clarissa before: don't worry. It is her usual lovely voice, her usual authentic self, her usual beautiful delivery.
This book goes deeper. If you have read/heard her other work, you will want this.
