Historia
Interacting with people at work can be one of life’s greatest joys—and greatest frustrations. Some coworkers never trust us to do our jobs, or never respond to requests for information, or waste our time with dozens of unnecessary emails. The cost: our work results and personal sanity. How can you approach workplace interactions with more empathy and less resentment? How can you become more successful when working with “annoying” or “difficult” coworkers?

A weird thing!

Why there’s phrases and words just repeated in a very suspicious way?
I feel like there was a sense of violation or something. Not acceptable.

Listen and see if ASMR triggers your autonomous sensory meridian response, a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. With its emphasis on creating a heightened sensory experience, ASMR can bring you fully into the present moment—a powerful way to achieve the kind of total relaxation you need to achieve deep sleep.

If you’ve ever been so pissed off that you did things that you regretted, or ruined your own day and some other people’s, too, this book is for you. Or if you feel angry every single day and it’s affecting your health and sleep and love of life. Or if you have very good reasons to be mad as hell, and you aren’t going to take it anymore. Or if you’ve repressed your anger all your life and now it’s all coming out at once.

I didn’t expect that much of this book when I first started reading it.
But oh my god this was a very good book!
I enjoyed it and I learned from it, it’s so helpful to whom ever dealing with anger as an awareness level or as if you are dealing with frustration, resentment and rage in a daily basis.
This book is so easy to get and so rich in game changing information.
The narrative and the presentation of this book was good to me.
Thank you all of you for the effort and time. Most appreciated ♥️
